Before mailing, it is recommended to check the Frequently Asked Questions or Known Problems page first; your questions may already have been answered over there.
Although support for the toolbox is provided 'as is', without any guarantees, I will always try to respond to your messages. However, maintaining this toolbox is not my primary job, so I will provide support only in my spare time and this may take quite some time. If you don't receive an answer, I apologize in advance.
